Westgate Shrimp Macaroni Salad

2 cups shell macaroni
1/2 cup sweet pickle diced
1/3 cup minced onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic minced
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
8 oz. shrimp meat
salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni, drain and rinse with cold water. Combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.

This recipe was given to me by my Aunt Carol at my Bridal Shower.
