2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 cup heavy cream (half/half)
1 cup milk
1 cup butter
4 tsp. vanilla
Combine sugars, syrup, cream, milk and butter. Cook slowly and stir constantly to soft ball stage (234 degrees). Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Pour into greased 9x12 cake pan. Cool! Cut into squares and wrap in wax paper.
