3/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cup fresh blueberries
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon rind
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk
Melt 1/4 cup margarine in a 9x9 pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar, mix berries and lemon rind, spread in pan. Cream 1/2 cup margarine and white sugar and mix. Add eggs. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Alternating, add milk and dry mix into cream mixture. Spread over berries.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes and then flip out.
