Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes

1-12oz frozen shredded hash browns
salt & pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup fresh or evaporated milk
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Place frozen potatoes in single layer in a buttered baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in saucepan, add milk and cheese. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until cheese melts. Pour sauce over frozen potatoes.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

This recipe came from my grandma Staniford. Yummy!
