Traditional White Bread

1-1/3 cups water
4 tsp. margarine or butter, softened
4 cups flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. dry milk
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. yeast

1. Place all ingredients in bread pan in the order listed.
2. Insert bread pan, close lid and plug in.
3. Select bread type: Press SELECT until the desired bread setting number is displayed. Press START. (For white breads, the bread setting selections are numbers 1-3)
4. If Delay Bake option is desired, set timer
5. Press START. Bread will be done when machine beeps.
6. A fruit and nut beep is indicated at 32 minutes into the cycle.
