
1 cup margarine
2/3 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 cups flour
Thoroughly cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour gradually to creamed mixture, mixing until dough is smooth. Force cookies through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with colored sugars, if desired.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
