Mystery Quiche

Bacon, Sausage or ham
2 cups Swiss cheese
1 cup chopped onion
3 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper

Cover bottom of 9x13" dish with cooked and crumbled bacon, sausage or pieces of ham. On top of meat put diced Swiss cheese. Next, layer on the onion. mix remaining ingredients in blender and pour over pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm.
